Mortgage payment returned

I've made two attempts to pay my mortgage loan ending in 6983. the payments are made thru my Bank of America Checking Account ending in 4724. The first payment was returned, the second payment is still pending Rockets acceptance. I am in Brazil and will be for the next 5 months. i havee to make my mortgage payments thru my Bankof America's bill pay pay system along with other bills from assorted companies. I have met a stone wall with the rocket mortgage loan payment as my other payment accounts have all gone thru smoothly. I need youur cooperation in solving this problem ASAP. Dear Rocket Thank you. On July 29, 2023, days before closing, a very robotic mortgage broker, with a smile in her voice, told me that the loan had been pulled. You gave me no explanation. This was an earth-shattering moment. I called home partners and explained the situation, and he said we could still buy the home. At that moment, I had hope again. I heard an ad for Rick Saddle of the Keller real estate team and called. I was instantly connected with a great agent that made me feel safe and valued. After hearing my story, she joined me with Philip Sheridan at Northwest Funding Group. He was the answer to my prayers. The conversation was seamless; it was like talking to an old friend. He was an Air Force Veteran and CPA. He understood us; this was a perfect match. We filled out the application, and he guided us every step of the way. There were times I was on the ledge, having a rocket mortgage flashback *** but he was there to pull me back and explain what I needed to do. I am happy to report I know why the home did not pass the appraisal and the heat pump was not working either. I called the HVAC company and was going to be taken advantage of again. Instantly, Phil put me in touch with a great guy with a fantastic work ethic. Thanks, Phil and Braden; we signed the docs and are closing soon. In my profession, I always give a list of findings and recommendations. What I discovered is that this company lacks a moral compass. The employees are tasked with overcharging for services and only closing loans for those who never ask questions. My experience with Phil has been night and day; he has Great customer service and is true to his word. He will always fight for his customers. The underwriter, April, although we never spoke, thank you. I wish there was a recommendation that would help this staff. Instead, I prefer to encourage your poor performance, which is a blessing to ethical mortgage brokers everywhere. However, if you need guidance, please take a math class and learn basic customer service; a job at McDonald's may be helpful. Thank you again

Found a house on their website that my wife and I wanted to look at. So I clicked on the bundle and put my info in. Got a call like 2 minutes later from them and guy says lets get you pre approved and the person doing that asked how much the house was listed for and how much of a down payment I would have and was then told Id have to have $5300 and when I said we just wanted to look at the house his attitude was like if you dont have the down payment why bother looking at it. Then was told when I saved up the down payment call back. WTH ??? So does not having the down payment means you cant even look at a house with these guys ??

I have been getting the run around from Rocket Mortgage for weeks. They tell me that I need different forms and inspections and when I send them what they want they keep requiring more. We are one step away from closing, if you can believe what they say, To my knowledge everything they have requested we have provided. If you don't want our business just was to and I will get someone who wants the loan.

I talked to the rocket mortgage representative, explained Im on workmans compensation and needed to tap into some of my equity to help pay some of my acquired debt. He told me it was no problem, would be able to close within 20-30 days. He would call me at the crack of dawn every day to check in. Every document they asked for I produced quickly. The interest rates arent great right now, but I agreed because it seemed to be the going rate everywhere. Long story short, they kept dragging out the process, increasing the interest rates along the way. At one point my representative went on vacation and my loan disappeared, timed out basically. When he came back he told me not to worry, and he created a new loan package with higher interest rates and fees. I argued, but at this point I couldnt fight too much, I had waited too long to get help elsewhere. 3 months later, they kept dragging it out. They tried to raise the interest rate a third time on me. Im now having to sell my house and everything I own to pay debt. My debt significantly increased because of waiting for their promised, no problem loan. Every time I questioned if the loan was really going to happen, I kept getting a dont worry, youre golden. They screwed me royally.

I overnighted a check to them. It took two days for them to actually record the check, so that $28 I spent was for naught. I was told that it would take them 7 to 10 days to return the check. Why would one need 7 to 10 days to do that? I was then told that they would send the check out if you have property damage, and send the checks as required to rocket mortgage when you have property damage, and send the checks to rocket mortgage as required in 7 to 10 days overnight UPS. I was told they always do that. The first check that was sent to them, they sent back regular mail, so that statement, at least for the first check, certainly wasn't true. In the meantime, the people who actually did the work are waiting to be paid.

Almost 4 weeks and tons of data and no results , asked to speak to a manager was not provided , did not honour any time commitments . Funny with a high Credit score they can't punt over finish line. again asked to speak to a manger to provide feedback no response so her you go! They blame the lender , I guess they have only one lender. For me it was not a must have it was a nice to have They're loss..

Rocket Mortgage has been nothing but an obstacle, barrier and combatant in getting my insurance check signed and funds released. They're going to release part of the funds and hold the remainder of the funds until an inspector comes out? My loan from 12 years ago is for my home and is paid down to 11% of the homes value, and I just added a 9,000 square foot shop paid for out of my pocket. ALL of the damage is to my shop but Rocket Mortgage still wants to hold my insurance funds and then tell me when I can have them? Instead of streamlining the process to ensure my new investment, is protected they manually sign checks, hold my money for their own benefit and take 7 to 10 business days to send the check back then take another 7 to 10 assign someone to micromanage me. They do not conduct business in good faith. Steer clear and find a local lender that will provide you good service through a personal relationship. Don't make the same mistake I did.

No complaint, just need copes of cashed checks for my credit cards that you paid off. I am still trying to make sure all funds were issued and dispensed with so you help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Numerous texts with what I wanted what they offered then the day they did a hard hit on my credit score minutes later they called with can't give you what we put in many texts we were wrong!!! You took points off my credit and I get nothing!!! I will take this as high as possible you can't get away with this practice!!!

They lied about my mortgage recast

In early October I recast my home loan, I had to make two monthly payments before this could be done. I had to pay $250 to recast and the amount that I paid on the loan was $300k. That was a month ago today 11/9/24 I get a call saying that I paid too much on the recast and that they have to send me back over $14k. Through the entire process, my wife and I have been badgered by phone calls and e-mails telling us to submit paperwork that had already been submitted. Nothing was brought up when I did the recast that I could only put 89% down. I left a balance of 23k on the mortgage to pay off after the first of the year. I have just moved to a new state and do not know how paying off the mortgage would affect my taxes, so I was playing it safe When the first person called me and started to explain to me I immediately ask to speak to another person, when that person came on the phone I was already upset and when I demanded to know why this had happened this person started yelling back at me. I ask to speak to someone above her and she said that there was no one else for me to talk too, so at that point I hung up.

I sent the below to Ryan Keiser Ryan Keiser has been told repeatedly no for several days now. I received the attached today a half hour after my wife told him no. She immediately called Rocket Mortgage and complained. Yet still half hour later I get an email from him. Ryan As my wife stated to you several times the answer is not just no but absolutely NO! I hope this is abundantly clear to you now Ryan Keiser, DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. We are happy to deal with anyone else at rocket mortgage. So this is clear since you haven't listened to the several other no's you have been told. Ryan Keiser,NO MEANS NO, DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. I hope you will listen this time. If not, we will start actively looking for a different lender and rocket mortgage will lose our business. To Rocket Mortgage We are not looking to refinance at this time.

we have been trying to get them to update update our tax percentage for months, while they over charge my husband for the mortgage. Getting someone on the phone that knows what they are doing is almost impossible. They want months to complete the task asked for them to complete but can right up a loan agreement in minutes. They lie to tell you what you wanna here but when the times comes to sign for the closing the tell you the truth and raise your rates - they give you 30 mins to make up your mind on a 30 year loan.
