Rocket Mortgage will rip you off when it comes to escrow fees; they cannot be trusted. You pay the required amount, and they still increase your payment. If I can help it, I will not be dealing with them again.

you could call me on the phone at my cell phone 417 761 **** or home 417 443 ****. i spoke to insurance company and they received one payment for the correct amount.

I've tried every phone number without success. I tried sending an email.

I tried live chat. None of these avenues have been successful. I received a late charge on my current mortgage statement. When checking with my bank, my mortgage was paid on 3/16/26.

I made a payment and was denied my form of payment. This company needs serious investigating as many payments were posted and reversed and not clearly explaining why, and now they tell me I owe them.

When I call in I should be able to talk to a person not some automatic system that can not handle what I need. You provide terible customer sevvice.

Unsure reason for an increase in my payment just wanted to see what is happening with my insurance and taxes. They sent me the paperwork I asked for but Im unable to open it. Im not sure if its encrypted or what but Im not very computer savvy so I cant get it open so maybe I would would like to see if you could just mail it to me by the US mail, the reasons why everything was raised in 2026.

I never heard from anyone as it is impossible to soak with a human. They debited my account for a payment after I paid it.

So now they have 2 months of payments and they put my checking account in the hole.

I have $682.93 missing from Escrow, after inquiry they regurgitate the same lies and BS! The information they provide is inaccurate and DOES NOT match the mortgage statements they are sending.

Can't reach anyone to make them see the light of day. Money is stolen or they are issuing fraudulent mortgage statements- NOT GOOD EITHER WAY!!!

I called wanting to speak with a representative and could only reply to your chatbot. Called 3 times and waited on hold for 60 minutes before hanging up all three times. I would never recommend anyone doing business with Rocket Mortgage.

After waited for over an hour, tried everything, chat, different phone numbers, no one is there help customers. It's the worst customer service that I have been experienced.
