Ripped off by Rocket Mortgage
asked for a supervisor was told 48 hours before one will call me back. I also called 3 weeks ago to get exact payoff and they said for $25 they could tell me my exact payoff. I chose not to pay an additional $25 to pay them off. Never at s as my time did the rep mention certified funds were needed for final payoff. I will never do business with these scam artists again and would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy.

This also happened to me. They charged me $1700 retroactively, despite the fact that I was already covered for the year.
Even though my insurance company has proven I was covered, Rocket claims I had no insurance for the last year but cannot give me whatever proof they claim to have. They paid last years insurance from escrow, I maintained it and now suddenly they think I didn’t have insurance on my home for the past year and charged me 1700! This has been an absolute nightmare with so many hours on the phone.
I’ve been treated like a criminal, even though I have all the documentation they’ve requested, they’ve continually denied it and then change what they’ve requested. This is beginning to feel fraudulent.
